Things working out at Maryland for Virginia's own Kim Rodgers

Kim Rodgers' career started slowly at Maryland (a torn ACL meant she had to redshirt her freshman year), but finally the junior has found her place, notes this Washington Post article on the Princess Anne High (Virginia Beach) graduate.

When Maryland came to the Constant Center three years ago, Rodgers was inserted into the game against Old Dominion for only the waning seconds,  disappointing family and friends who came to see the sharpshooter and disappointing Rodgers, who showed it on her face. We have a feeling things would play out much differently if Rodgers ever came back to these parts.
