On the 10th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me ....Know someone who likes movies and WBB? A can't miss gift is a DVD of "The Mighty Macs," the Cinderella story of Cathy Rush and Immaculata College. Saw it, liked it, loved Carla Gugino as Cathy. Spent the whole movie trying to find Marianne Stanley. The former ODU coach who played for Rush didn't have a speaking role in the movie, but we were told she is in the background in one scene that involves the team traveling by bus.
Now before you get too excited about this gift, understand that the movie is not out on DVD yet, but you can reserve it at Amazon (release date is Feb. 14). In the meantime, put an IOU with some popcorn and M&Ms in a stocking, and you're set. And if you find Stanley in the film, let us know!
