Norfolk State (6-6, 0-3 MEAC) at Hampton (10-5, 3-0 MEAC), 4 p.m.
Yes, we know that Spartans winless conference streak is coming to an end, but we don't believe it will be against the MEAC's elite. The Spartans impressed us with their rally against Florida A&M, but the Pirates continue to do nothing but win, baby, particularly with the addition of freshman guard Nicole Hamilton (Rookie of the Week), who has become Hampton's second leading scorer in five games. HU has won nine of its last 10; can anyone say 10 of its last 11? Hampton 79, Norfolk State 62

Radford (6-10, 3-10 Big South) at Winthrop (7-7, 1-1) 7 p.m.
The way the Highlanders are playing, the way D'Naria Erwin-Spencer, this week's Big South Player of the Week, is playing, are you going to pick against them? Radford defeated High Point in thrilling fashion and sits at 3-0 in the conference for the first time in 2007.A win here would give them their best start since 1997-98. We think they'll get it, particularly if they keep tabs on Big South Rookie of the Week Dequesha McClanahan. Radford 68, Winthrop 59
